Steps to Enrollment
Five simple steps take your family from first inquiry to a reserved spot for the upcoming term.

Tell us about your family and your child. This is the first step toward joining The Learning Habitat.

Complete tour and interview
Visit our campus, meet our team, and see how academics and outdoor learning come together every day.

Complete Application
Submit your child's application so we can begin building the right plan for their learning.

Complete class request form and other forms
Choose the schedule and classes that fit your child, and complete the remaining enrollment forms.
- 5
Sign and submit contract
Finalize enrollment by signing and submitting your contract to reserve your child's spot.

Graduation Requirements
The Learning Habitat offers two graduation tracks. A minimum ACT score of 10 or SAT score of 300 is required for both.
College-Bound Requirements
- English: four course units emphasizing grammar, composition, and literature.
- Mathematics: four course units.
- Science: three course units, including at least one life science (e.g., biology, ecology, zoology) and one non-life science (e.g., chemistry, earth science, environmental science, physical science, physics).
- Social Studies: three course units, including one unit in U.S. history.
- Five additional academic courses from English, mathematics, science, or social studies.
- Five Arts credits (music, art history, art, photography, STEAM, Fashion Design).
Non-College-Bound Requirements
- English: four course units emphasizing grammar, composition, and literature.
- Mathematics: three course units.
- Science: three course units, including at least one life science (e.g., biology, ecology, zoology) and one non-life science (e.g., chemistry, earth science, environmental science, physical science, physics).
- Social Studies: three course units, including one unit in U.S. history.
- Four additional academic courses from English, mathematics, science, or social studies.
